Amedei Chuao Chocolate Bar

Amedei obtains prized Chuao cacao directly from the peninsula in Venezuela where it is produced. It is carefully transformed to make a delightful 70% cocoa bittersweet chocolate with an initial flavor of plums, red fruit and an aromatic roundness. Though not as rare as Porcelana, Chuao chocolate is very special chocolate treat.
