EXAMPLE CHEESE RECIPE
Below is an example of what we're looking for. Remember to list what the reader will need and then write a good descriptive, step by step guide on cooking.
You do not need to add any pictures to your recipe, although if you wish to take your own photos of yourself cooking/cooking photos, then please attach them to your recipe submission email and we'll be happy to add them to your recipe!
The example recipe is below. Although this is used as an example, this is a real cheese recipe, so why not give it a go and enjoy!
Classic Cheese Fondue
You will need:
- Fondue Pot - Don't have one? Ideal Cheese offer a Swissmar Lugano 9 PC Fondue Set
- 1/2 lb Emnenthaler Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 lb Gruyeye (shredded)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 cups Dry White Wine
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- 2 tbs Flour
- 3 tbs Kirsch
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- Nutmeg and/or Paprika to taste
STEPS FOR COOKING:
Step 1: Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the garlic clove
Step 2: Heat the White Wine & Lemon Juice, making sure to just heat it, without bringing it to the boil
Step 3: Reduce heat to low and slowly add cheese while stirring
Step 4: Slowly add remainder of ingredients while stirring
TIP: If fondue is too loose add more cheese, but if fondue is too stiff then add more wine
