This is why theyâre such a great pairing! For over 3,000 years this root vegetable has been used as an aphrodisiac and homeopathic remedy for ailing sandwiches or people.
Molasses -
This recipe was created by our very own Chef Stef as a part of our new and delicious mustard line! The smoky yet sweet flavor of black strap molasses is mixed with Rye whiskey, garlic, sea salt and freshly ground mustard. Together these flavors combine to produce one of the more unique and tasty mustards youâll ever try!
Dijon (Smooth)
Moutarde de Dijon was once one of Franceâs most famous exports. But with 3/4 of the worldâs mustard seed being harvested in Canada, our âmoutardiersâ are now right next door! Sourced directly from the farms, only the best seeds are thoroughly ground. This releases all of the mustard oil, giving a smooth texture and more robust flavor (versus a more mild coarse grind).
Dijon (Coarse)
Moutarde de Dijon was once one of Franceâs most famous exports. But with 3/4 of the worldâs mustard seed being harvested in Canada, our âmoutardiersâ are now right next door. This coarse ground mustard has a rough, pleasing texture that complements Dijonâs deep flavor.
