Gruyere is an unpasteurized, firm cow's milk cheese from Fribourg, Switzerland.
It has a creamy-beige interior with a delightfully nutty, spicy, full flavor. Perfect for a table cheese, melted into sandwiches or baked potatoes and famous in fondue. 

Pairs well with red or white Burgundies, and Alsatian red wines.  This is the true "Swiss Cheese".
