Basics of Using Our Shop

To find the cheese you're looking for, just look for the red box on every page. From there you can Search or Browse the countries.
To add items to your shopping cart, enter a quantity and click the BUY button.
To see what's in your cart, click View Cart at the top of any page. You can add or remove items at any time.
To place your order, click "Check Out" at the top of any page and follow the instructions on the order form.

If You're Having Trouble...

You need at least one of these browsers or better: Internet Explorer 3, Netscape Navigator 3, or AOL 4. If you have one of these browsers, you then need to make sure you have Javascript & Cookies enabled.If you are unsure of how to set your browser up to enable these things, look in your browser's "help" file.

If you can not use the shopping cart, you can still view all our catalog pages to plan your order. Please feel free to call in your order to us at 1-800-382-0109 or fax us at 1-212-223-1245.

If you have recently used our shopping cart, you will find that the items you previously put in your shopping cart are still there. That's useful if you need to interrupt your shopping expedition and return to finish later. You can remove these items by clicking View Cart and then clicking the Clear Cart button.

After You Order

If all goes well with your online order, you will first receive a web page which thanks you for your order, second, a confirming e-mail will be sent to you from the cart, and thirdly, within one to two business days of your order, when we prepare your order for shipment, we will send you an e-mail letting you know when you can expect to receive your order. If you do not get any of these confirmations, please call or resubmit your order online.

An itemized invoice will be included in your shipment showing the exact weight of cheese that was shipped, etc., and the total that was charged to your credit card. (The exact weight of cheese shipped can vary somewhat from the amount that you order, due to the variations that occur when our personnel cut your requested cheese. You are charged for the amount shipped, not the amount ordered, so, you may find that your final invoice included with the shipment differs in a small amount from the online invoice.)
