Roquefort, Societe Bee- is an unpasteurized sheep's milk blue cheese.   Ivory colored interior with distinctive veins of blue heavy mold. It has a characteristically sharp odor and intense flavor, which is further pronounced by the blue veins.

Great at the end of a meal, or in salads.  Pair this wonderful blue cheese with strong reds or sweet white wines.
