This is England's only name protected cheese. This pasteurized blue is full flavored, rich with a firm yet crumbly texture. Its blue veins speckle from a natural, crinkly brown crust.
Great to pair this cheese with sherry, port and most robust reds. Stilton cheese is truly knows as the "King of all cheeses".

I received this wheel years ago as a gift and have since bought it around the holiday time. There is absolutely nothing like it and truly the best Stilton available. Delicious on a steak or salad. Worth every penny!

Stilton is know as the king of blue cheeses ! It has always been my favorite blue cheese. Strong taste, great on crackers or in a salad!
